Refund and Content License Policy

1. NO REFUNDS. Paid subscriptions provide immediate access to a digital library of videos and other materials. Because access is made available immediately, all subscription purchases and renewal charges are final and nonrefundable once processed. We do not provide full or partial refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for unused time, failure to view content, dissatisfaction, forgetting to cancel, or changes to the content library. This rule applies except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Milk Mamas Nest determines that a verified billing error occurred.

2. RECURRING BILLING AND CANCELLATION. Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed billing interval until canceled. Subscribers are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not reverse charges already processed. After cancellation, access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period unless access is suspended or terminated for a violation of these terms. No refund is provided for the remaining portion of a billing period. Cancellation must be available through the account or checkout system provided by Milk Mamas Nest and its payment platform.

3. LIMITED LICENSE—NO OWNERSHIP. A subscription is not a sale or transfer of any video, lesson, course, download, written material, graphic, brand element, or other content. During an active subscription, Milk Mamas Nest grants the subscriber a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and nonsublicensable license to access and view the content solely for the subscriber’s own private, noncommercial use. Purchasing a subscription gives the subscriber no ownership interest, title, copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual-property right in any material.

4. OWNERSHIP OF MATERIALS. All website and subscription materials—including videos, audio, text, lessons, demonstrations, photographs, graphics, downloads, page designs, names, logos, and compilations—are owned by or licensed to Milk Mamas Nest and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted in this policy are reserved by Milk Mamas Nest and the applicable rights holders.

5. COPYING, RECORDING, AND REDISTRIBUTION PROHIBITED. Subscribers may not copy, reproduce, download unless an authorized download feature is expressly provided, screen-record, photograph, capture, rip, extract, modify, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lend, publicly display, perform, publish, transmit, post, upload, stream, or otherwise share any video or other material. Content may not be uploaded to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, cloud-storage services, file-sharing services, websites, apps, courses, social networks, messaging groups, or any other public or private source. Subscribers may not share login credentials, allow another person to use their account, bypass access controls, or assist anyone else in doing any prohibited act.

6. CONTENT MAY CHANGE. The subscription provides access to the content library made available from time to time—not a guarantee that any particular video, product, instructor, topic, feature, or quantity of content will remain available. Milk Mamas Nest may add, update, correct, replace, reorganize, restrict, suspend, or remove content or features at any time and in its discretion. These changes do not transfer ownership to subscribers and do not create a right to a refund, except where required by law.

7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION. Milk Mamas Nest may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes that a subscriber has violated this policy, infringed intellectual-property rights, shared an account, copied or redistributed content, misused the website, or engaged in unlawful or harmful conduct. Upon expiration, cancellation, suspension, or termination of a subscription, the viewing license ends and the subscriber must stop accessing and using the paid content. Any copies obtained contrary to this policy must be permanently deleted. Milk Mamas Nest may pursue available legal remedies for unauthorized use or distribution.

8. LEGAL RIGHTS AND POLICY CHANGES. Nothing in this policy limits nonwaivable consumer rights or remedies provided by applicable law. If a law requires a different refund or cancellation right, that law controls to the extent required. Milk Mamas Nest may revise this policy prospectively. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

9. QUESTIONS. Questions about a charge, cancellation, or this policy should be submitted promptly through the contact information or support channel provided on the Milk Mamas Nest website. A request or inquiry does not itself cancel a subscription.
